Towards healthy LIFESTYLE
The new guidelines for weekends are as following:
1) saturday can wake up anytime i want. Sleep as if no tomorrow. Hell no! Around 11am should be ok.
2) chill babeh!!! Have fun with friends til late at night!! Eat a lot! Spoil myself.
3) sunday should wake up before 7 am. Bath & eat simple breakfast.
4) go to the park: jogging, enjoy the morning gaze
5) service car/go to market/etc etc important things to do
6) come back to house, do laundry, clean the house, cook for lunch
7) at night prepare the 5 days office attires n sleep
Those only applicable when i spend the weekends in Kota Damansara. If i go back to hometown or my sis' place, that's different thing...hehe
I am at workshop now, servicing Batman. Just came back from a park, which i discovered this morning by the following steps:
7am thinking what should i do today?
715am searched on google taman kota damansara. List appreared Taman Rimba Riang.
Bathed, eat breakfast, watched The Voice on channel AXN, started the car engine, set gps...reached park, walked/jogged 5 rounds. Done!
